Why is Dr. Garrow
wearing surgical scrubs?

Dr. Tony Garrow is at a surgical center in North Jersey with Dr. Mark Schwartz.
They are a part of a team including medical doctors, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, and nurses who have been performing a procedure called Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA). The word manipulation is another term for adjustments. The treatment has been effective in helping thousands of patients that were unable to achieve symptomatic relief of their spinal conditions through treatments such as conservative chiropractic care, physical therapy or even surgery. This procedure is great for people with chronic back pain, severe muscle spasms and scar tissue, fibromyalgia, herniated discs, very stiff and painful necks and backs, and shoulder and hip pain. When a patient is sedated by a light anesthesia, their body can totally relax without muscle guarding and conscious tensing up. During the procedure, the doctors are able to stretch the muscles and adjust the spine very easily and they are able to break up a lot of adhesions and muscle spasms. Many patients experience improved mobility and reduced pain immediately. If you know of anyone who is suffering and may have tried conservative care already with another health professional, please refer them to me for a complimentary consultation specifically regarding this procedure.
